At Mac's Retro Hub LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Vintage, Pre-Owned, and Collectible Items

Many items sold by Mac's Retro Hub LLC are vintage, pre-owned, or collectible items and may show signs of age, wear, or variations in condition. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Please review all product descriptions, condition notes, and photos carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the unique nature of vintage, collectible, and pre-owned merchandise, returns based solely on expected wear, age-related imperfections, cosmetic variations, or changes of mind may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with all included components, packaging, and accessories when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Vintage, collectible, or pre-owned items sold as described
Opened media products, including CDs, DVDs, video games, and vinyl records, unless defective or significantly not as described
Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at isaiah@macsretrohub.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
